Seasonal Tournament Grounds Crew 

Work involves ensuring that the general aesthetics of facilities and grounds are attractive and inviting to all participants and attendees at parks and facilities.

Beautification Crew

This position will begin as part-time during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the probationary period. 

 

The Beautification Crew Member is responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance and functionality of public parks and recreational areas. Duties include landscaping, lawn care, trash removal, and minor repairs to park facilities.

Park Maintenance Groundskeeper

This position will begin as part-time during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the probationary period. 

 

Under regular supervision, performs general maintenance and repairs to ballfields, parks, equipment, and other recreation facilities and grounds. Working alone and with other personnel, performs necessary assigned tasks to ensure that facilities are groomed and ready to accommodate scheduled activities, special events, and public access daily—other duties as assigned.

Custodian

​MCCPRA is seeking a motivated and skilled Custodian Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This position will begin as part-time during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the probationary period. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Facility Maintenance Technician

Under the regular supervision of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, the Facility Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of recreation facilities, parks, pools, and grounds. This position involves operating light to heavy construction equipment, performing manual labor, and conducting general facility maintenance to ensure all areas are safe, functional, and ready to support scheduled activities, public use, and special events daily. Pool maintenance is a key responsibility of this role, including water testing, chemical application, vacuuming, and basic equipment upkeep.

Aquatic Lead

MCCPRA is seeking a motivated and skilled Aquatic Lead to join our dynamic team. This position will be seasonal and hours may vary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Assistant

​Under general supervision, performs routine to moderately complex secretarial and clerical work in support of efficient and effective department operations.  Work involves answering incoming telephone calls, directing customers, and providing information; renting parks, facilities, and pools, collecting money for rentals; typing memoranda and electronic mail. Reports to the HR/Finance Director.
